Instructions to Authors
During the assessment of the contributig papers, the International Scientific Comittee will pay attention to several points. The paper should not be longer than 8 pages, including figures and tables.
The paper should be an original paper (not submitted elsewhere) and innovative.
The style of the paper should be compliant with the IEEE standards : (Times New Roman 10, Two columns). The submitted paper can be in french or english.

Word users can produce the expected PDF file by using freeware like CutePdfWriter.
The submission can be realised by the link : Submit in the left menu. The submission will ask you to create an account. When connected, you will be able to submit all of your contributions. Keep your login/password in a safe place.
